The unique system, developed in a partnership between Hydratech Industries and Delta-Xero, is equipped with nanofiltration, removing water, varnish and harmful particulates down to 0.1 Micron, protecting the pitch hydraulic oil and gear oil optimally. The technology is already well proven and in use in a wide range of heavy duty industries. It’s a game changer!

When a turbine is down due to a malfunction or scheduled maintenance, downtime and safety in repair are paramount.
To this end, we have deveoped a range of tools to reduce repair time and to increase the safety of the repair job.
A tool making it possible to exchange the pitch cylinder, without having to dismantle the whole accumulator package and the cylinder brackets. This makes the cylinder exchange much easier and safe, and saves time with up to 30%.
A tool making it possible to exchange the cylinder bearings, without having to dismantle the cylinder and take it to a service shop to perform the operation. Again, quicker and safer, translating into lower service costs and higher safety.
In our workshop we have the knowledge, technology, test facilities, clean room etc. to ensure the best possible solution for handling repairs of your hydraulic units.
As the OEM manufacturer, we have direct access to the original technical documentation and drawings and our dedicated team is ready to offer efficient service and repair in our workshop.
We keep the quality of work at the highest standards to increase operational reliability and thereby availability.
Repairs and refurbishments are performed after thorough inspection and test by our highly experienced technicians, to ensure the best possible result for each repair.
